Dr. Jilian Stogniew or "Dr. J", was born and raised in New Hampshire. She graduated from the University of New Hampshire (2001) and Cleveland Chiropractic College (2006) in Kansas City, Missouri as a Presidential Scholar and Valedictorian. She has completed numerous continuing education courses in adult health, pregnancy, and pediatric development. Dr. Jilian has been adjusted since childhood and has experienced optimal health through natural chiropractic care since her early years, overcoming chronic bronchitis and a depressed immune system. She has been adjusting both of her children since birth, creating two of the healthiest kids around!

In 2009, Dr. Jilian founded Awakening Chiropractic in Tilton, NH. In 2024 she established a second office in the mountains of NH. This office in Plymouth, NH, Awakening Chiropractic North, is where she now spends her time transforming her community and mentoring other chiropractors and chiropractic students. She is dedicated to family centered wellness and believes every person should have a chiropractor.

Being a part of TLC fulfills her mission to continue to grow and serve her community in the most right way. Coaching other doctors is a way to extend this growth beyond NH and uplift others to fulfill their highest potential.

When Dr. Jilian is not adjusting and educating our community, she enjoys church on Sundays, skiing, golfing, exploring National Parks, hiking, camping and being a wife to her husband Bryan, and a mom to her son Sebastian and her daughter Lucia.
