I am excited to be an AC coach to support the TLC community. I know coaching with TLC and the TLC community will continue to greatly impact the chiropractic profession. Coaching one on one with each TLC member I believe will help support chiropractic practices one at a time. I always look forward to slowing down and connecting to what is most important for each doctor. AC coaching for me will not only help grow TLC practices, it will help myself. I always learn when I am coaching.

Dr. Matt's Favorite Practice Tools

Team Driven Practice:
 
My favorite practice tool is the Scriptbooks (Day 1, Day 2, & Day 3). I love the opportunity to take a few minutes out of each session and train with my team on a specific TLC script. The Scriptbooks are straight forward and allow me to connect with each patient. I always look over my script books before a NPR, even if it's only for a few minutes. Having our team scripted allows me to trust that they will do the most right action with each patient interaction. When I am scripted, I feel that I can be myself and truly connect with my patients.
