Why and what to enter:

If you want to get to simplicity on the far side of complexity you have to pay the price of discovering and intensifying your why. It is your personal, unique driving force anchored in a personal reason that has urgency and conviction and it must compel you forward and confront you to live it everyday. It must be that any day you are not living your why you realize you are stealing from those closest to you, to quote our great Dr Trent Shoemaker...

Start with your Operation name, fill in your core proficiency, and action steps and then go back and work on your why... SPEAK it on an audio recording of yourself in one sentence remembering less is much more with words and share your audio with the people closest to you and listen to their reflections of you. If they are touched by your words and feel your conviction you are in the ball park, if they feel it is more intellectual and not so much heart, stick with the process and keep speaking it over and over.

Once you have it enter the triangle parts and your AC coach and Dr Dean your heart coach will be notified and you both will converse on this together.

Giving stats and Getting Stats

The purpose of this section of your Magic of 1 triangle is to distinguish the difference in your stats.

Your giving stats are the stats that you INVEST IN... others. These are actions you take without focus on the outcomes. They are actions you take in your community to put truth out and to grow the new patients that come into your office.

Giving Stats:
  1. Review the patient connecting form to ask for referrals from a specific patient that session
  2. Give a patient an opportunity to share their care victory with another patient
  3. Post a patient WOW victory on a board in your office CELEBRATING a patient
  4. Update your chiropractic warrior board- 100, 200 club
  5. Plan a patient breakfast to honor special patients who have accomplished a transition to be transformed patients
  6. Plan your optimal evening gala event to give back to your patients
  7. Organize a community appreciation day to bring community together to experience a celebration together
  8. Volunteer to teach a class at a school
  9. Volunteer to host a class trip to your office to have kids have their postures’ checked
  10. Do a service professional appreciation day catering to first responders
  11. Volunteer at a local food bank, soup kitchen or such organization
  12. Create the Neighbors of Integrity book highlighting other businesses in the community who cooperate with your practice
  13. Do a community connection to a person you don’t yet know asking the two questions
  14. Do a community connection to a person you know asking for an office tour
  15. Call on a spinal workshop lead
  16. Call on a referral lead
  17. Create a 2 minute video on one take away form spinal workshop and post on Facebook, Instagram
  18. Write a review for another TLC doctor or for one of your coaches in TLC
  19. Post on Facebook a win on truth out on streets from your practice
  20. Do relationship marketing connection
  21. Call or text your AC coach or TLC and take WHATEVER action they tell you to do IMMEDIATLEY and EXACTLY as asked
  22. Clean up ALL your piles and desk areas to be ready to receive new patients
  23. Do a drill of asking for referrals initiated by the DR with the CAs
  24. Visit other local DCs and invite them to Live Dr. Training
  25. Call a patient to express love
  26. Take a flower to another business nearby just to bless them

Enter, View and Edit Your Magic of 1:

To SUBMIT your Magic of 1 for the first time:
Go to "Member Tools > Interact > Magic of 1 > Submit Your Magic of 1"
Fill in any information you have (Name will be pre-filled). You DO NOT have to enter content in all of the boxes, only the ones you have something for. Hit "Submit". You are done!

To IMMEDIATELY view your Magic of 1:
Go to Member Tools > Interact > Magic of 1 > Edit Your Magic of 1. Click the "View" icon.

This will bring up your Magic of 1 submission. You may also edit from here if desired.

Another way to view your Magic of 1 is on your profile page.
Click on "View Profile" on top menu, or "Member Tools > View Your Profile".
Click on the "Magic of 1" tab. Click on your Magic of 1 link.
This will bring up your Magic of 1 triangle.
Note: this will be available by the end of the day of submission – not immediately.

To EDIT your Magic of 1:
Go to Member Tools > Interact > Magic of 1 > Edit Your Magic of 1. Click on the Edit icon.

Update the fields as needed and SAVE. You are done!
